• 1ten reserves the right to reclaim any winnings credited due to a technical error.
• If a disconnection occurs during live betting, the outcome of that bet will be determined based on the server record.
• If any match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets across multiple accounts on the same event to exploit odds — is strictly prohibited.

If a violation of betting rules is found, the relevant bet may be voided and the account suspended.
